Security information
What we do to protect this website, and how to report a problem. We describe only measures that are actually in place.
Measures in place
- The website is served over HTTPS.
- The website has no member login and no payment processing, so it does not collect account passwords, full payment-card details or online-banking credentials. Enquiry and registration submissions are processed through the approved form and messaging infrastructure described in the privacy notice.
- No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking script is loaded.
- Dependencies are pinned by a lockfile, and the build verifies the integrity of its locked framework package before installing.
- Every change runs through an automated lint, build and test gate before it can be merged.
What we do not claim
We hold no security certification, and no external penetration test or third-party security audit has been completed for this website. We will say so here when that changes rather than implying it in advance.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security problem, email contact@clique.africa with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed.
Protecting yourself
Clique will never ask you for a password, a full card number or a one-time code by telephone, email or WhatsApp. If you receive such a request claiming to be from Clique, do not respond and tell us.
