Our accessibility commitment for this website, the standard we build to, and how to tell us when something does not work.
Our target
We build this website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our implementation target. This is a working standard we design and test against; it is not a formal certification or an audited conformance claim.
What we do
- Every interactive control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and the focus indicator is visible.
- Interactive targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Menus and dialogs contain focus while open, close with the Escape key and return focus where it was.
- Meaning is never carried by colour alone.
- Movement is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
- The page language is declared and updated when you switch between English and French.
Known limitations
Page content outside the shared header, footer and privacy interface is being reworked screen by screen and has not yet been assessed against this standard. We will update this page as each screen is completed.
