Data protection rights

How to exercise your rights over the personal data we hold, and what happens when you do.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2017 of Mauritius you have the following rights in relation to personal data we hold about you:

How to make a request

Send your request to contact@clique.africa, or call +230 403 4460. Tell us what you are asking for and enough detail for us to find the data. You do not need to use a particular form or wording.

We may need to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else. We will ask only for what is necessary to do that.

What happens next

We acknowledge requests when we receive them and respond within the period required by the Data Protection Act 2017. If a request is complex, or if we need more information from you, we will tell you and explain why. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
